
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot. Due to limited capacity, late arrivals cannot be accommodated in a different time slot.
To help preserve the artefacts, please keep a minimum distance of 30 cm and do not touch the objects on display.
Photography and video recording are welcome without flash. Flash, tripods, selfie sticks, stabilisers, and similar equipment are not permitted. Images may be used for personal purposes only and may not be published commercially or used for press purposes without permission.
The exhibition cannot be visited with a personal guide. Instead, a modern audio guide system leads visitors through the exhibition. The audio guide is included in the ticket price and is available in several languages.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors, please keep mobile phones on silent and avoid loud conversation in exhibition spaces.
For the safety of visitors and the protection of the exhibition, sharp objects, cutting tools, and other potentially hazardous items are not permitted. Skateboards, scooters, roller skates, and similar personal transport devices are not allowed at the exhibition.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited throughout the exhibition area. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Group leaders, teachers, and parents are responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with visitor regulations.
